I don't agree with you. I don't give a fuck about 'ultimate truth'. You are not a doctor, you are not a scientist, you are hardly even a Catholic. Who are you to diagnose anyone?
It's one thing to say that you are uncomfortable about it or even that you have doubts, but it is an entirely different thing to say that you know for a fact it is a mental/physical/natural defect.
I will respect you, only because in doing so I am respecting myself and what I believe is right, but I will never agree with you. I am not ahead of my time, you are behind mine.
